Fixes

Description

This PR implements a scroll-to-top button to improve user experience on long pages. The button becomes visible after the user scrolls beyond a certain point on the page and allows them to easily return to the top.

Technical details

The scroll-to-top button is implemented using CSS only, avoiding the need for JavaScript. The button uses position: sticky and appears when the user scrolls 88% of the viewport height. Media queries are used to adapt the button's position and size for smaller screens. No additional JavaScript is required for the button’s behavior.

Tests

Open any page that is longer than the viewport height.
Scroll down the page, and the scroll-to-top button should appear once you reach 88% of the viewport height.
