Assignment cache corresponding to pango-designation release v1.9. This repository is compatible with pangolin v4.0 onwards.

The cache was computed at UCSC on sequences downloaded from GISAID using the following software versions:

pangolin: 4.0.6 (with --skip-scorpio flag and --usher-tree <v1.9 lineageTree.pb> file prior to v1.9 release)
usher: v0.5.4
faToVcf: bioconda 426
gofasta: bioconda 1.0.0
minimap: bioconda 2.24 (--version --> 2.24-r1122)
