Generate a localization

Go to your mod's languages folder and find chinese.yaml
Copy chinese.yaml and paste a new file, such like turkish.yaml
Translation all strings in this file and save
and open mod.yaml, add a line behind the Languages: Node:
YourModID|languages/LOCALIZATIONNAME.yaml
