Fixed: reply comments(nested comments) were appearing in all comments, it wasnt setting parent to null to get only parent comments.
Feat: Added users can delete their comment

Prev: this pr also has improvements on the video player about skip btns -15s, +15s(this was asked by many people), also it has video quality selector embedded in the video player control bar.
