Packages Exempted by Package Verifier

The following listed packages has been exempted and does not run through the Package Validator. The exemption may have been to solve a temporary problem, and we collect the information about the exemption here.

displayFusion	keithlammers	Hello! I had asked for an exception on the automated testing due to issues with the automated environment not having .NET 4.6. Even though I have .NET 4.6 as a dependency, it still fails automated testing, when testing manually works fine. I had confirmed this issue with Rob in Gitter a couple of months back and he suggested asking for an exception due to the issue. Can you please review again?

flightgear	gep13	Dependencies require reboot, therefore exemption required
gitextensions		Requires a reboot between dependencies.
iTunes	flcdrg	Requires Windows 10
jenkins	Pauby	This requires Java 1.8 or 11 which hasn't been added as a dependency (due to the numerous flavours of Java out there).
libreoffice-still	wget	Dependency requires a reboot.
logfusion	keithlammers	Requires dotnet4.6.1
mkdocs	pascalberger	Python is bypassing verifier, so this package will need to as well.
mkdocs-material	pascalberger.	Dependent package is by-passing verifier, so this package needs the same.
paint.net		Due to dependency on .Net Framework 4.7.1, this needs to be exempted from installation testing.
PDFCreator	AdmiringWorm	A reboot is required after installing the dotnet4.7.2 dependency
python		Python3 is bypassing verifier, so this package will need to as well.
python3		Needs to install some Windows updates if they are missing, however it doesn't know how to do that. The exit code is 23, which is a CRC error, so it is technically probably not even correct - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms681382(v=vs.85).aspx
smartftp		Software requires Windows 10 or later.
SourceTree	pascalberger.	Please exempt from testing as dotnet4.7.1 which it depends on is also exempted.
tortoisesvn	AdmiringWorm.	Requires a reboot after installing dependencies.
vagrant	jpruskin.	Package may require a reboot
virtualbox	AdmiringWorm.	Unknown failure in the test environment.
voicebot		Requires dotnet4.6 and a reboot to successfully install silently
vscode.install		Requires dotnet4.5.2 package which in turn requires a reboot.
