Responsibilities

As a member of the project team, I have contributed to various tasks related to the development of the project. My specific responsibilities include:

• Setting up the brainstorming platform: The good ideas can be invisible into the communication channels such as WhatsApp or Discord, so we decided to use an additional brinstorming platform. I was responsible for deciding an additional brainstorming platform.

• Creating the Issue Template: I was responsible for creating the issue template that helps the team to standardize the issue description and tracking.

• Designing Mockups: I made the game related parts of the mockup. I designed the games overview page, game details page, game reviews page and game forum page.

• Designing diagrams: I was responsible for creating the class diagrams for the recommendation and user activity classes. I also made the usecase and sequence diagrams for the forum moderator.

• Responsibility of the integrity of the class diagram: We divided classes among the team members when we preparing the class diagram. I connected all the classes that our team made. I was also responsible of the integrity of the class diagram.

• Creating Scenarios: I was responsible for creating a unregistered user scenario for Searching for a Game and Browse the Game Forum.

Overall, I have contributed equally to the team's efforts, working on various tasks to ensure the project's success.

Mainly, I have these issues related to management:

• Our team meets every week, so we needed a class. I and Said arranged a class for meetings.
• I was responsible for the setting up the brainstorming platform.
• I was also responsible for the integrity of the class diagram
• We divided the moderation and note taking tasks among the team members. Moderator and the note taker changes every week. I was the note taker of the meeting 4. I did not do moderation task yet.
