Some of this information needs to be verified. For example, Christopher Vella is a real person that founded a company called Signal Lab, but this does not seem like the real owner or something.

It appears that Signal Lab is a similar name to Signal Labs which is a different company. It cannot be confirmed, but it seems reasonable that this VPN developer attempted to impersonate a legitimate technology company.
