Changelog

Added a toggle for "global" and "state" based music probability.
- State probability allows you to customize how often the song will play for the current state of the game. (The menu and each stage is considered its own separate state)
When using the search bar, the zero, middle, and max buttons will only effect the filtered results.
Added some tooltips to the new probability settings window.
Fixed some performance issues with the GUI.
