feat: add sui login

[Cifko]

• Add regular sui login.
• Add it to the $config so we can enable/disable it.
• No transaction yet in this PR. But the sui functions are available in the +chat.svetle
• Autoconnect, so when you hit refresh it works fine. Autoconnect is disabled in the login screen, because it pops up the sign request, without user clicking on the connect button
• I'm using sui logo, but we need to double check the usage policy (e.g. size etc.)
