This is just a test build to try out the new map features requested in #185 and #186.

If the window is too narrow, the game will start with the map off. A new tutorial message will explain how to turn it on and how to use the MAP command.

MAP will show a full window map, and INLINE MAP will show a map inline in the text buffer.
