As a rentee, I want to rent an item to use for a period of time and return it.

As the rentee, I want to search by categories and keywords so that it’s easier to find products.

As the rentee, I want to leave feedback (stars/comments) so that future rentees can easily choose the ones with great ratings.

As the owner, I want to add the item, picture, prices, description, conditions, shipping/pickup.

As the owner, after lending and getting the back the product, I am able to leave feedback about how the transaction went (stars/comments)
