This release introduces manage-cfn - a Python script to help keep track of the stacks across multiple regions and AWS accounts, as well as "tail" stack updates and extract information from the YAML configuration.
It also changed the default used regions to more "common" ones in North America (Virginia, Ohio and Oregon)
