This intermediate release of EpiSewer brings:
- improved
R_estimate_etsandR_estimate_splinescomponents which can model changes in R variability over time (e.g. between different seasons) - more flexible parameterization of discrete distributions (new coefficient of variation argument, and automatic choice of maximum length)
- a bugfix related to lazy evaluation of the model components which lead to unwanted interactions between different models if components were reused
- improvements of the function documentation and vignettes
