Fixes numerous issues:
#8 - Windows Credentials API only supports passwords up to 2.5kb in length
#12 - xoauth token now prints to stdout as expected
#10 - no longer able to create connections with a null name
Adds a five minute grace period for token validation, to prevent validation because clocks are out of sync
