libwebrtc changes: Related libwebrtc ticket: https://issues.webrtc.org/issues/42225835 Source of changes are the following pending/rejected PRs: https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/334743 https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/336101 Additional change: turns DTLS servers could be used as STUN servers (similar like done for turn UDP servers) Webkit changes are porting of libwebrtc changes on top of that.
