Summary of changes
Airport specific fixes and temporary centreline fix as most displays should display both centrelines regardless of runway configuration. Once VATSIM-UK/UK-Sector-File#5405 is completed can add activation lines at a later date so that for example if on Solent Radar, only EGHI/EGHH centrelines are displayed.
