Description
The code changes introduce support for checking HTML encoded section links and include anchor names. This feature allows the program to accurately validate links within markdown files that contain encoded section IDs. The changes include modifications to the
linkspectortest suite and thecheckFileExistencefunction in thecheck-file-links.jsmodule.Fixes #69
