User Tags can present these format and they're case insensitive:
- /ROLE_ADMIN
- /admin
- /a
- /u/#ID
- /ROLE_USER/@USERNAME
- /ROLE_MOD/@USERNAME (they virtually do the same thing, but it should present changes in notification importance)
