FAQ1: Rollers position errors

If you are experiencing high DB activity or issues with out of range values for your Shelly rollers, please review following information.

When accessing http://your_shelly_ip/status, you may find one of those values for "current_pos":

  • -1 "POSITIONING NOT AVAILABLE"

  • 101 "RC_POS_NOT_CALIBRATED"

  • 102 "RC_RESULT_MAXTIME_OPEN1"

  • 103 "RC_RESULT_MAXTIME_OPEN2"

  • 104 "RC_RESULT_MAXTIME_CLOSE"

  • 105 "RC_RESULT_CLOUD_INTERRUPT"

  • 106 "RC_RESULT_BUTTON_INTERRUPT"

  • 107 "RC_RESULT_HTTP_INTERRUPT"

  • 108 "RC_RESULT_MQTT_INTERRUPT"

  • 109 "RC_RESULT_OVERPOWER"

  • 110 "RC_RESULT_OBSTACLE"

  • 111 "RC_RESULT_SAFETY_SWITCH"

  • 112 "RC_RESULT_LOW_POWER"

You should fix it accordly before been able to handle it from HA.
