BED-4428: Rename RemoteInteractiveLogonPrivilege

Rename all references to RemoteInteractiveLogonPriviledge to RemoteInteractiveLogonRight

Motivation and Context

This PR addresses: BED-4428

Why is this change required? What problem does it solve?

The official name is RemoteInteractiveLogonRight and was mistakenly written as RemoteInteractiveLogonPrivilege in a few places

How Has This Been Tested?

Created nodes with a RemoteInteractiveLogonPrivilege relationship, then ran the Neo4j migration allowing it to update. Then verified that the edges appeared as RemoteInteractiveLogonRight in the UI.
