DoItNow is a simple task management web application built with React. It allows users to add, edit, delete, and mark tasks as completed. The application also provides functionality to filter and display tasks based on their completion status.
- Add new tasks with a minimum of 3 characters.

- To add a new task, enter the task description in the input field and click the "Save" button.
- To edit a task, click the edit icon next to the task, make changes, and click the "Update" button.
- To mark a task as completed, check the checkbox next to the task.
- To delete a task, click the delete icon next to the task.
- Use the checkbox labeled "Show Completed Task(s)" to toggle the visibility of completed tasks.
