Adding Notes

This release adds the "notes" feature.
It's a new panel next to the ilias-tree which allows adding notes to every folder from ilias.
The notes can only consist of normal unformatted text, but such features will eventually come.
With this release diesel is added to the project to create SQLite DB to store the notes.
