Convert the MIST atlas to fit templateflow naming convention

Usage:

$ python mist2templateflow.py -h
usage: mist2templateflow.py [-h] [-o OUTPUT] [-d]

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -o OUTPUT, --output OUTPUT
                        Output directory.
  -d                    Delete original data.
