Vanilla Glaze

Bootstrap and jQuery dependencies are removed.
Glue code is written in Vanilla JS.
Tooltips are rendered using Primer Tooltips.

Auto size klippies (use img from Octicons instead of Glyphicons)

• Add a size argument to klippy()
