Improving hash randomness

Now there is a hash salting mechanism.

Protocol changes from HTTP side

As described in #1 we now use PUT instead of POST to send URLs to be shortened

A New Begining

• Drop ETS in favor of SQLite3
• Check for duplicates in database and sends the corresponding UID
• Full support for JSON responses
