This PR updates starship to version 1.7.1. This version is the last to support iOS without patches, as outside contributors were able to add iOS support to a specific crate,
sys-info; developers behind starship have since switched over to another crate.This also fixed the current state of the hosted Makefile, which was unusable due to a broken patch; it pointed to a now deleted fork which contained fixed for iOS. Tested on iOS 12, iOS 14, and macOS 12.6.1, building on macOS.
