I was originally just going to bump the git sha for the latest juno testnet, but I realized that I would have to be doing this very often. So instead I just made it so that the client can optionally configure their own git Repo settings (url, sha, etc).
Since we are in
0.xsemver still I decided to just make breaking changes.Let me know what you think.
