Can we get all of the PR's submitted this year merged in? This updates the side to what was developed at the Orlando DevOps Hackathon and some framework the current Website Revamp team agreed to implement. We can then start to populate the information that is there and learn how to update static sites through code / git actions. More details on future state forthcoming. @OrlandoDevs/owners |

This PR moves the sponsor header above the sponsor list
This PR is a WIP. I thought having the sponsor header next to the list of the sponsors on the current website looks a bit off
