With an 80xxxx or an 81xxxx transmitter, a "hard reset" or life extension is sometimes possible; but those old transmitters need a new battery first, of course. It is not possible to "hard reset" 8G, 8H, 8J, 8K or newer transmitters.

Why does the calibration graph show nothing (is empty)?

The horizontal axis of the calibration graph represents raw values. The vertical axis represent what xDrip considers to be the corresponding blood glucose for each raw value defined by the line shown on the graph. No G6 transmitter after 81XXXX sends raw values. Hence, xDrip cannot show anything on the calibration graph because xDrip has no access to the raw values.
