Generate spreadsheets: xslt/zira2xls

Export de elementen package als .max uit de NL of EN versie. Of gebruik artifacts/zira-1.4-element-(nl of en).max.

1. Then import the xml file using LibreOffice "XML Source" and map each type/line to the top/left column of a sheet.
2. Sort Informatie tab op sortkey kolom.
3. Export matrixes as CSV (open Matrix; check Options/Options not including packagenames; Options/Matrix/Export as CSV), import (semicol only) in Calc and paste in sheet, then sort on sortkeys horiz/vert!
