Linkcheck still fails. Probably, biorxiv is rejecting the sphinx user agent. I will revisit this in a few days to see if the problem resolves itself on biorxiv's end. If it is not, we can add this URL to the linkcheck ignore list in |

The sphinx link checker is reporting a broken link, but the link appears to work. In any case, there seems to be a new version of the preprint, so this PR updates the link to try to fix the broken link.
