Hotfix: Direct CellRanger output to the intended directory (TenX module)

Added --output-dir option in the cellranger command

This pull request includes several changes to the lib/realms/tenx module, focusing on updating directory paths, adding logging, and modifying command assembly. The most important changes are listed below:

Directory Path Updates:

• lib/realms/tenx/run_sample.py: Changed the output_dir in the slurm_metadata dictionary to use base_dir instead of sample_dir.
• lib/realms/tenx/run_sample.py: Added the --output-dir argument to the additional_args list in the assemble_cellranger_command method.

Code Comments:

• lib/realms/tenx/tenx_project.py: Added a comment in the identify_feature_and_original_id_old method to indicate how to name samples with the customer name.
