This PR will add a demo tutorial link to the Readme page. This link will launch a Google Cloud Shell session with a tutorial (at the right) demonstrating how to launch the Meeds server with docker-compose. The docker-compose file contains a minimum of services since the GCE cloud only allows 2 processors and 8 GB of RAM. This should be enough to get started with Meeds.
