  5. Add 'NETCDF3_64BIT_OFFSET' and 'NETCDF3_64BIT_DATA' formats

    The latter is needed for large input grids to MOAB.

  6. Remove to_esmf() method from descriptors

    MOAB cannot read these grids so we don't want to put extra effort
    into supporting them.
