use E_{1,1}(\F_5) everywhere #103

There were two symbols to reference the example elliptic curve over F_5 with a=b=1. Most places use E_{1,1}(\F_5) some use E_1(\F_5) and few use E_1(\F)

This change consistently uses E_{1,1}(\F_5)
