Maven?

Should we use maven for the project? We probably dont need any external jars for this bar maybe logging or something but it might be good to start as we mean to go on? Maven can be used for android builds anyways, more info here

CFF- I would try to always use maven, we got it working the last time with an Android project. Bit of fiddling.
