Public Conditional Order Execution

Major Changes

  • Remove onlyOps modifier
  • Add function to execute conditional orders that accepts a price feed that updates on-chain pyth oracle prices
  • Add a state variable that tracks an executor fee that can only be calibrated by the owner
  • Implement a mechanism to pay all conditional order executors (i.e., Gelato and other external actors)
