If the project is keeping Vue, I guess it doesn't hurt to upgrade it to the latest version right?
With this upgrade it's also possible to write components using the composition API, like this: https://github.com/davidrios/wow.export/blob/finish-databases-tab/src/js/ui/tab-data.js
