Fix path for marine products (NOAA-EMC#1966)

When PR NOAA-EMC#1823 was merged, the name of the marine product template
was not updated in ocnpost, leading the products to be placed in
the wrong location and missed by the archive job.

Resolves NOAA-EMC#1902
