Fix Python 3.12: SyntaxWarning: invalid escape sequence '\s' (closes #1312)

This fixes #1312 (Python 3.12: SyntaxWarning: invalid escape sequence '\s' (tty.py:55)) by using the Python raw string syntax where \ are not evaluated.
