Re-generated the civix file, and took the opportunity to make some minor updates to the wording.

Some documentation tweaks, including mentioning the search results email address updater.
Fixed a possible bug in the email domain equivalents matcher.
Moved the equivalents matching functionality into a separate class.

Put all interface strings in ts tags.

Prevent hook result ambiguity

We found when using multiple instances of this hook that a conflict could be caused - we were explicitly setting a create contact result when we should have allowed the code to run its course.

Domain Matching

At Future First we found that contacts were being created where we had an @gmail.co.uk address on file, but were receiving emails from @googlemail.co.uk. David Knoll contributed functionality to add pairs of these.
