Updates the build target/minium version to 2024.2.1 (2024.2.0 is no longer available), fixes a deprecated API usage, and cleans up some unused imports.
I haven't made any changes to the usages of "2024.1" in the
.teamcityfolder.It's also worth checking
IjActionExecutor. There is a usage of the deprecatedAnAction.beforeActionPerformedAPI that is marked as an error because it's scheduled for removal.
