After clone the repository by
git clone [email protected]:kohei-kawaguchi/EmpiricalIO.gityou can install the package by
cd EmpiricalIO
R CMD INSTALL --preclean .The source files of the lecture note are in /lecture.
The source files for assignment are also found in /lecture. The files in /assignment are currently slightly obsolete.
The R functions used in the assignment are defined in files in /R.
The lecture note can be compiled by running commands in /lecture/build_book.R, which generate html and pd files in docs/.
