닫혔던 메인페이지 퍼블리싱을 다시 했습니다.
길었던 addArrangeSubview 부분은 forEach를 이용해서 코드 줄을 줄였습니다.
전공 선택 버튼을 추가했고 선택됐을 때 변경되는 디자인에 맞게 새로운 button을 추가했습니다.
전공 선택 버튼의 수평 스크롤 뷰를 구현했습니다
글 작성 플러팅버튼을 추가했습니다.
