It was not used at all
Just a simple wrapper with no much sense
Huge part of old interface with lot of small components removed as well

Action buttons are on bottom bar now Annotation actions have easier access Regions count is back and checks are simplified
Select regions by id via AtOutliner
Just replace it with "see 0 regions"
Plus check only one failing method because of display differences
