Searches which use comma in unexpected way did not work:

mannerheimintie, 64, helsinki
kamppi, 00100, helsinki

This is now fixed by simply removing names which start with a number from admin regions.

Nonstandard use of commas confuses the parser and postalcode or street number gets
interpreted as an administrational region. This breaks the search. Region name cannot
start with a number, so filter such items away.
Empty string seems to trouble the search
