RElem compatible with Elemental v0.87.6

Now that we have a stable Elemental release, we officialy release a new version of RElem. This time we include changes that allow the use of R syntax on Elemental matrices.

• Compatibility with Elemental 0.87.6
• Added native R operators
• Read and Write routines with similar syntax to R
• Elemental & R matrix type conversion
• Optimization routines (such as least squares)
