  1. Migrate to AOSPv14 

    Issues:
1. HVUI/Vulkan does not work on A14 yet. Reverted to GLES.
2. Updated wpa_supplicant does not connect to closed Wi-Fi networks.
   It was temporarily reverted to the A13 version.
