MAPL 2.50.0 has a bugfix when using point source emissions with stretched grids. All testing shows it zero-diff to MAPL 2.49
MAPL 2.50.1 has a bugfix for GNU + debug
Note to @sdrabenh: From what I can see, MAPL 2.50 is a superset on GCMv12-rc5 (which is based on v2.47.1 with some prints removed). So here I just replaced the GCMv12 tag with a v-tag. If you prefer, we could make a GCMv12 tag on MAPL 2.50+
