XLIFF 2 Extraction and Merging Best Practice is ready for public review

The public review is open until 23:59 UTC 30th July 2018. Comments/issues will be resolved during August 2018. In case of issues resulting in material changes, another (15 day) public review will be launched. A public review followed by no material changes to the spec will lead to the final publication of the Version 1.0 and subsequent contribution of the Version 1.0 to the OASIS XLIFF TC by GALA on behalf of the TAPICC Open Source Project.
